Voice Outbound TRAI Notification
TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has introduced new guidelines that impact outgoing voice calls and broadcasting. You must register on the TRAI-approved DLT platform to comply with these regulations.
To proceed with enabling outgoing call features on your panel, please provide the following documents:
1. Business Registration Certificate
2. GST Registration Certificate
3. NDNC Authorization Letter (format attached)
4. DLT Registration Certificate
Please find the attached regulations from TRAI and NDNC Format for your reference, we need NDNC on your companies letterhead with stamp and signature.
